  Yesterday I was at this location with my best friend who is getting married. She had made an apt for her 6 bridesmaids to find dresses. When we got there, Angela was who helped us. Our bride had to use the rest room and so when Angela asked us what we were looking for, we responded that we weren't sure. Her response was "well you have an hour and time is ticking." She was very rude when we asked for help. When I had tried on dresses but didn't find what I liked, she said "you can go look for more but you only have 20 minutes." when the apt was booked we were not told we only had an hour. Over all what was supposed to be a great day, was brought down by her attitude. If I didn't have to go back to order my dress, I would never go back to this location.

  For those who are getting married. Yes you can find a nice dress here for a tight budget. But that's it. Had the worst service here out of all the places I went. Made an appointment for a Saturday (first mistake) the lady I had helping me did not listen to what I liked and didn't like. For example I KNEW for 100% I did not want a strapless dress. She thought she was being helpful and suggested to try some on any way. I told her this wasn't my first time and I have narrowed down the style I was looking for. Did listen continued to bring more strapless. Our appointment was for an hour, she wasted most of the time looking for styles for me to try that I didn't want, wasted more time trying to figure out how to help get me into the dress. Ended up telling her I can do it on my own ( she also kept leaving the door open to my dressing room for the everyone in the packed place to see me) Not only I but my MOH, my mother and to-be mother in law all kept telling her exactly what I liked, all was disregarded. Ended up getting the manager, found a dress that I liked but wasn't sure. You could tell how frazzled the manger was, it was really unsettling. Heard that I liked this one I had on got all crazy and pushed for me to"ring the bell" even if I was in love with the dress I'm not the type to want to ring a bell to let everyone know. But she didn't care. Made another mistake by going back(on a week day) to find accessories, couldn't find the weak stock of belts they had. Plenty of workers there not a single one greeted me, not a single one that was busy. Went to ask for help and they only pointed to the direction of where the belts were. One of the worst experiences of my life. I got my dress there months ago, got married 5 months ago. Took me this long to write the review because it still gets me so upset. I highly recommend going any where else. Or if you had found one on the website, go try it on your own. Don't bother with the "help". Good luck ladies, some of us have been waiting for that day you find your dress. Planning a wedding is stressful and that is supposed to be one of the best parts. It was not for me, anger and tears that's all that was for me.
