He greeted most people who walked in by name, as if they were great friends. He helped my wife and I in selecting new phones and deciding on a service plan. There were a few minor issues causing us to have to wait, but he took great care of us and helped by offsetting the cost of two phone cases. This was probably the most pleasant trip I have ever had walking into a mobile phone store.
